Basic inclusions

1. 1.Homestay accommodation on a double-sharing basis.
2. 2.Homestay rooms are provided without attached washrooms. Clean and hygienic common toilets and bathrooms will be located outside the rooms or accommodation premises.
3. 3.Four breakfasts and four dinners will be served at the BreakBag campsite in Ziro.
4. 4.Electricity, mobile-charging facilities, and sufficient water supply will be available in most homestays, subject to local conditions.
5. 5.Access to the BreakBag campsite for bonfires and jam sessions, subject to weather conditions, local restrictions, permissions, and availability.
6. 6.Two fixed-time, group-based pick-up and drop-off services between the homestay and the festival grounds, applicable when the homestay is located more than 1 kilometre from the festival venue.
7. 7.Inner Line Permit for entering Arunachal Pradesh.
8. 8.On-trip assistance and customer support from the BreakBag team.

Exclusions

1. 1.Ziro Music Festival entry pass, lunch, meals during the train journey, and breakfast on the first day.
2. 2.Entry fees, Apatani community contributions, personal expenses, additional transportation, stopovers, and services not included in the scheduled itinerary.
3. 3.Expenses arising from delays, cancellations, landslides, roadblocks, strikes, adverse weather, natural calamities, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond BreakBag's control.
4. 4.Any meal, activity, transfer, ticket, facility, or service not specifically mentioned under the Package Highlights or Basic Inclusions.
