Package highlights

• •One of the closest camps to the Ziro Music Festival grounds, located approximately 80–100 metres from the main entrance gate of ZMF.

Basic inclusions

1. 1.Dome-tent accommodation at the BreakBag campsite on double-sharing basis.
2. 2.Clean and hygienic concrete toilets and bathrooms with sufficient water facilities, subject to local conditions. A dedicated cleaner is assigned for washroom cleaning — "Hygiene First".
3. 3.Four breakfasts and four dinners served at the BreakBag campsite in Ziro.
4. 4.Electricity and mobile-charging facilities during designated time slots.
5. 5.Bonfires and campsite jam sessions, subject to weather, permissions, local restrictions, and availability.
6. 6.Inner Line Permit for entering Arunachal Pradesh.
7. 7.On-trip assistance and customer support from the BreakBag team.

Exclusions

1. 1.Ziro Music Festival entry pass, flight or train tickets to Naharlagun/Itanagar, lunch, breakfast on the first day, and meals not specifically included.
2. 2.Entry fees, Apatani community contributions, personal expenses, additional transportation, stopovers, and services outside the scheduled itinerary.
3. 3.Expenses arising from delays, cancellations, landslides, roadblocks, strikes, adverse weather, natural calamities, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond BreakBag's control.
4. 4.Any meal, activity, transfer, ticket, facility, or service not specifically mentioned under the Package Highlights or Basic Inclusions.

• •Travellers must carry a valid government-issued photo identity document. PAN cards are not accepted for Inner Line Permit processing.
• •Guests must respect local traditions and will be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the accommodation, campsite, equipment, or other property.
• •Bonfires, jam sessions, activities, transfer timings, accommodation arrangements, and meeting points are subject to weather, permissions, operational conditions, and availability.
• •BreakBag may modify the itinerary, accommodation, transportation, or activities due to safety, climatic, governmental, operational, or unavoidable circumstances.
• •BreakBag is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Any additional expenses caused by delays, cancellations, medical emergencies, weather conditions, roadblocks, or other circumstances beyond BreakBag's control must be borne by the traveller.
