Basic inclusions

1. 1.Dome-tent accommodation at the BreakBag campsite on a double-sharing basis.
2. 2.Four breakfasts and four dinners served at the BreakBag campsite in Ziro.
3. 3.Clean and hygienic common toilets and bathrooms with sufficient water facilities, subject to local conditions.
4. 4.Electricity and mobile-charging facilities during designated time slots.
5. 5.Bonfires and campsite jam sessions, subject to weather, permissions, local restrictions, and availability.
6. 6.Inner Line Permit for entering Arunachal Pradesh.
7. 7.On-trip assistance and customer support from the BreakBag team.

Exclusions

1. 1.Ziro Music Festival entry pass, breakfast on the first day, lunch, and meals not specifically mentioned under the inclusions.
2. 2.Flights, trains, buses, Sumos, taxis, and all transportation to or from Ziro and the BreakBag campsite.
3. 3.Entry fees, Apatani community contributions, personal expenses, additional transportation, sightseeing, and services outside the package.
4. 4.Additional expenses arising from delays, cancellations, landslides, roadblocks, strikes, adverse weather, natural calamities, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond BreakBag's control.
5. 5.Any meal, activity, transfer, ticket, facility, or service not specifically mentioned under the Package Highlights or Basic Inclusions.

• •Common washrooms may be equipped with either Indian-style or Western-style toilets, depending on the accommodation or campsite facilities. BreakBag does not guarantee or commit to providing any specific type of toilet.
• •Guests must arrange their own transportation and reach the BreakBag campsite within the confirmed check-in timing.
• •Travellers must carry a valid government-issued photo identity document. PAN cards are not accepted for Inner Line Permit processing.
• •Guests must respect local traditions and will be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the accommodation, campsite, equipment, or other property.
• •Bonfires, jam sessions, activities, transfer timings, accommodation arrangements, and meeting points are subject to weather, permissions, operational conditions, and availability.
• •BreakBag may modify the itinerary, accommodation, transportation, or activities due to safety, climatic, governmental, operational, or unavoidable circumstances.
• •BreakBag is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Any additional expenses caused by delays, cancellations, medical emergencies, weather conditions, roadblocks, or other circumstances beyond BreakBag's control must be borne by the traveller.
